The trip was pretty much a simple out and back from Wichita to the Outer Banks. We headed down through Tulsa and joined I-40. We stuck with I-40 all the way through most of NC, until it dove south at Raleigh, then we were on US-64. Our return route was more or less the same. We stopped at Mark + Marcy's in Knoxville going both directions.

The Route
